Meet the Vice President of Programs
Camarie Rogers is a strategic executive and governance leader with extensive experience in nonprofit development, capital strategy, and operational management across public and private sectors. As founder and principal of multiple businesses, she has led multimillion-dollar real estate acquisitions, secured grant and loan funding for community initiatives, and built high-impact partnerships that strengthen organizational sustainability and growth.
A proud wife, mother of five, and hobby homesteader, Camarie’s unique perspective and personal insight provide a sincere alignment with Global Works Trust’s mission and vision. Her lifelong desire has always been to become a “mother of many." She enjoys cooking from scratch, traveling the world with her family, and, as a certified master herbalist, exploring natural healing remedies for her community. Camarie is a former U.S. Coast Guard service member and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing & Finance from Longwood University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hampton University, and a Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from Georgetown University. As the Vice President of Programs, she brings disciplined leadership, financial acumen, and a steadfast and sincere commitment to community excellence and mission integrity.
