Global Works Trust is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) and 508 (c)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as a faith-based nonprofit organization. As a church-integrated organization, 508(c)(1)(a) entities are recognized as tax-exempt under federal law without the requirement of filing for 501(c)(3) determination. In addition, Global Works Trust is currently pursuing formal tax-exempt recognition and related documentation to further strengthen institutional transparency and donor confidence. We are committed to full compliance, responsible governance, and financial accountability in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
