Jonathan Rogers, MBA is a senior finance, governance, and infrastructure leader with more than 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of environmental stewardship, capital formation, and complex, regulated systems. His work spans sustainable infrastructure, climate-aligned investment, real estate development, natural-resource governance, and public-private partnerships across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

His professional foundation is rooted in marine and environmental science, where early research fostered a systems-based approach to long-term stewardship and responsible decision-making. Building on this background, Jonathan transitioned into entrepreneurship and real estate, founding and scaling operating companies focused on value-add commercial and residential assets. He has acquired, developed, and managed more than $10 million in real estate assets, overseen portfolios serving over 200 tenants, and led execution across underwriting, capital structuring, construction oversight, property management, and long-term asset optimization. This hands-on experience later informed his work structuring and leading large-scale infrastructure and climate-aligned investments.

Jonathan is the Founder and Principal of Stratos Capital Partners LLC, where he has led and structured over $500 million in capital commitments, including the development and financing of Sustainable Aviation Fuel refinery projects operating within mandated decarbonization markets. His work involves close coordination with regulators, technology providers, EPC firms, sovereign stakeholders, and institutional investors to translate policy goals into bankable, executable projects.

He also served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, holding operational and logistics responsibility for personnel and multimillion-dollar assets and supporting law enforcement, environmental protection, and national disaster response missions. These experiences shaped a leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and disciplined execution.

He holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Longwood University and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marine and Environmental Science from Hampton University, where he was a departmental honoree and nationally recognized researcher.

Outside of his professional work, Jonathan is a devoted family man who enjoys staying active through workouts and outdoor activities. He is actively involved in his church and is committed to making a positive impact in his local community through volunteerism, service, and mentorship.
