Flagship Scholars Program
Transformational Investment. Leadership Development. Generational Impact.
The Flagship Scholars Program represents the highest level of investment within Global Works Trust. This scholarship is designed for exceptional young men and women who have experienced the absence of a father and demonstrate the character, resilience, and potential to become future leaders.
Each Flagship Scholar receives a $50,000 scholarship award, paired with a structured development pathway that includes mentorship, leadership training, and career guidance. This is not simply financial assistance, it is a long-term commitment to the scholar’s growth, accountability, and success.
Flagship Scholars are selected based on both need and demonstrated potential. They are expected to actively participate in mentorship, uphold strong personal and academic standards, and represent the values of the program within their communities.
Flagship Scholar Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
Documented father absence (due to death, incarceration, or long-term absence)
Strong character, discipline, and leadership potential
Academic effort or commitment to vocational excellence
A clear vision for their future and willingness to grow
Participation in mentorship and program accountability requirements
Support from a guardian, mentor, or community reference
Preference is given to students who show resilience in adversity and a commitment to becoming a positive influence in their community.
Access Scholars Program
Expanding Opportunity. Building the Pipeline. Creating Access.
The Access Scholars Program provides foundational financial support to a broader group of fatherless youth, ensuring that more students have access to opportunity, encouragement, and guidance.
Each Access Scholar receives a scholarship award of approximately $3,000–$5,000, along with entry into the Global Works Trust mentorship ecosystem. This tier is designed to remove immediate financial barriers while introducing scholars to a structured environment of growth and accountability.
Access Scholars are considered part of the long-term pipeline and may be eligible for advancement into the Flagship Scholars Program based on performance, engagement, and development.
